Ryder Cup Captain Keegan Bradley Joins Field

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Keegan Bradley, the United States Ryder Cup Captain, is in the field for next week’s Wyndham Championship, the tournament announced today. The 85th annual Wyndham Championship is set for Aug. 8-11, 2024, at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, N.C.

Bradley joins three-time Major champion Jordan Spieth, Rickie Fowler, FedExCup No. 7 Ben Griffin, former world No. 1 and Masters champion Adam Scott, past Masters Champion and FedExCup. No. 21 Hideki Matsuyama, Max Homa, 2022 U.S. Open Champion Matt Fitzpatrick, Scottish Open Champion and FedExCup No. 23 Chris Gotterup, FedExCup No. 15 Robert MacIntyre, FedExCup No. 26 and two-time Major winner Zach Johnson, past U.S. Open champion, Wyndham champion and FedExCup No. 26 Lucas Glover, FedExCup No. 29 Sungjae Im, FedExCup No. 30 Ryan Fox, FedExCup No. 33 Thomas Detry, world No. 1 amateur Jackson Koivun, defending champion Aaron Rai, 2019 U.S. Open champion Gary Woodland, past champions Kevin Kisner, Si Woo Kim, J.T. Poston, Tom Kim, two-time champion Brandt Snedeker, past U.S. Open champion Webb Simpson and Camilo Villegas in the field.

Bradley is the United States Ryder Cup captain; he is 10th in FedExCup points and seventh in the Official World Golf Rankings. He won the Travelers Championship earlier this summer; he also finished tied for fifth at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and tied for sixth at the Sony Open in Hawaii. He will make his fourth Wyndham Championship appearance next week. He represented the United States as a player in the Ryder Cup in 2012 and ’14 and the Presidents Cup in 2013 and ’24. The St. John’s University alumnus won the 2011 PGA Championship and is an eight-time PGA TOUR winner.
