Matt Kuchar Takes Wyndham Rewards Top 10 Lead

Matt Kuchar took the FedExCup points lead with his runner-up finish in the World Golf Championships – Dell Technologies Match Play; the Georgia Tech University alumnus is now in prime position to claim a share of the Wyndham Rewards Top 10.

New this season, the $10 million Wyndham Rewards Top 10 not only adds drama to the Wyndham Championship as the final event before the FedExCup Playoffs but also puts an even greater premium on excelling over the course of the FedExCup Regular Season.

The top-10 Regular Season finishers in FedExCup points following the Wyndham Championship July 30-Aug. 4 – also sponsored by Wyndham Rewards – will reap the benefits of the Wyndham Rewards Top 10. The regular season points leader will earn $2 million, followed by $1.5 million for the runner-up with the 10th-place finisher earning $500,000.

With his win in the Dell Technologies Match Play, Kevin Kisner jumped 60 positions in the FedExCup point standings.  It was a tremendous move but not enough to move him into the Wyndham Rewards Top 10; Kisner moved from 73rd to 13th in the FedExCup point standings.
