WYNDHAM CHAMPIONSHIP THIRD ROUND A SELLOUT

GREENSBORO, N.C. – All available tickets for the third round of the 2011 Wyndham Championship have been sold, it was announced this afternoon.  The last time the third round sold out was in 2008, the year the tournament returned to Sedgefield Country Club.  The final round sold out in 2008, ’09 and ’10.

Advance ticket sales surged last week as the Wyndham field came into focus, and at that time, an additional 3,000 tickets were printed for today’s round bringing the total number of available tickets to 28,000.  That number includes tickets for all on-course hospitality venues and grounds tickets.  Tickets remain available for tomorrow’s final round.
